Hi Bloggie,
We went to the hortpark on Sunday. It's a great walk.. Finally, for once we are back to the nature again. Something healthy for a change.
No dinner/lunch outing. Seriously, we have been eating too much... everytime we organised to meet up, it's either for lunch/dinner or it's some birthday celebration = more makan. Oh.. we did have something nice after the walk, at the Gary hmm.. dunno what Hongkong restaurant at Vivo City. Will mention about that later.
Here's some photos to share...
My hp went flat by the time we finish strolling thru the hort park. Haha.. there's just too much things to take.. and arrgghh, we forgot about our camera.
Next, we finally started our journey back to Mount Faber.. after around 1hr in Hortpark looking at the flowers.
Oh.. we saw a durian tree full of durians on the way at the hilltop walk. But poor mum, her face is completely pale. haha.. looks like it's not a perfect place for those who are afraid of heights. There's small holes on the walkway which you can look directly down at the trees and grasses below us. But there's a fantastic view up there..
Next is the henderson wave. Sadly.. It's getting dark, but not dark enough for us to look at the waves of light on the tallest bridge in Singapore. So we've miss it totally.
Walked all the way to Mount Faber, but we can't find our way downhill. So ended up taking the park bus back to the interchange and headed to Vivocity for dinner. (=.=") geez.. it's makan again. hahaha!
